ABA on Demand implements a tier system and check and balances to ensure the best quality of services:
1- Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who play a crucial role in directly implementing ABA services for clients, work under close supervision by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), who ensure that the RBTs not only meet and comply, but also surpass the supervision requirements established by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
2- To further support the delivery of high-quality services, each client at ABA on Demand is assigned a Clinical Specialist Oversight. This oversight role serves the purpose of assuring that the services are delivered in a manner that meets the highest standards.
3- At ABA on Demand, we take pride in the training we provide to our staff members. We recognize the importance of equipping our team with the necessary skills and knowledge given that the quality of our services greatly depends on the expertise and competence of our staff. Therefore, we invest significant time and resources in comprehensive training programs that empower our employees to excel in their roles to foster their growth within our organization.
