Rosa Alonso, MA., BCBA, LBA
Rosa is an experienced professional who earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 2011 from Florida International University. She worked as a Behavior Assistant, providing services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, and became a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) in 2014. Rosa completed her Master's in Professional Behavior Analysis from the Florida Institute of Technology in 2019, then becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). She has been applying her expertise as a Behavior Analyst to support individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder. In 2023, Rosa joined ABA on Demand as the Clinical Quality Director, overseeing the delivery of high-quality clinical services and driving improvement in clinical practices. Her educational background, certifications, and professional experience reflect her dedication to promoting best practices in Behavior Analysis.
