Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

An individual practicing as a Registered Behavior Technician is responsible for providing direct implementation to our clients of procedures previously established in an individualized Behavior Intervention Plan and collecting daily data on all behaviors targeted for reduction and skill acquisition goals. RBT will perform all duties under close supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analysts.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

An individual practicing as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst is responsible for conducting functional behavior assessments, developing individualized Behavior Intervention Plans, providing training to caregivers and educators of our clients, interpreting graphs to drive clinical decision making, and providing supervision and training to the RBTs serving his/her clients.

Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)

An individual practicing as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst is responsible for performing the same duties as an RBT. Under close supervision and guidance from a BCBA, BCaBAs will have the opportunity to assist the BCBA on conducting functional behavior assessments and developing individualized Behavior Intervention Plans, to learn how to interpret graphs to make clinical decisions and to provide training to the RBTs serving his/her clients and caregivers.
