About

Our Mission, Values, & Leadership

Our Mission

Make a lasting, positive impact on the lives of every child and family we serve by delivering exceptional Applied Behavior Analysis therapy.

We are a BCBA-led team of behavior analysts and registered behavior technicians serving families across Southern Hillsborough County, Florida.

We provide in-home, school-based, and community-based Applied Behavior Analysis therapy for children ages 0-10. We are committed to recruiting and retaining individuals who bring professionalism, compassion, and unwavering dedication to every child and family we serve. Whether your child is newly diagnosed or you have been navigating this journey for years, we meet you where you are.

Our Values

Empathy

We lead with genuine care—because behind every clinical goal is a child and a family with a story that matters.

Respect

We honor the unique identity, strengths, and learning styles of every child we serve.

Evidence

Every decision is grounded in ABA science and guided by real-time data collected during each session.

Growth

We celebrate every milestone, recognizing that progress looks different for every child.

Our Approach

At ABA On Demand, quality is built into every clinical relationship, supervision model, and training program we run. This is what that looks like in practice:

1.

Close Supervision at Every Level

Our Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) deliver direct therapy to each child under close, ongoing supervision by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Our BCBAs do not just meet the supervision requirements set by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. They exceed them.

2.

Clinical Specialist Oversight

Every client at ABA On Demand is assigned a Clinical Specialist Oversight. This role exists for one reason: to make sure services are consistently delivered at the highest standard and that nothing falls through the cracks.

3.

Investment in Staff Training

The quality of our services depends on the expertise of our team. We invest significant time and resources in comprehensive training programs that give our staff the skills and knowledge they need to excel in their roles and grow within our organization. A well-trained team is a better team for every child we serve.

4.

Family & Community Collaboration

We do not work in isolation. We build strong partnerships with families, caregivers, teachers, and other professionals involved in your child’s life. Working together as a cohesive team is how we deliver comprehensive support and real continuity of care.
